Hi, I’m Eden, a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a Canadian Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (CC-PMH). I work with individuals and couples to support them in accessing their own inner strengths and creating meaningful, positive change in their lives. I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels safe, respectful, and collaborative. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while moving toward a happier, more fulfilling future.
With degrees in Psychology, Sociocultural Anthropology, and Social Work, I value the unique perspective and life experiences each person brings. I integrate this understanding into every session, recognizing that culture, history, and personal context are essential parts of the healing process.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients, including:
-
Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and the impacts of trauma
-
Couples seeking to deepen connection, improve communication, and work through challenges together
-
Survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault
-
First responders, military members, and veterans
-
Parents in the perinatal period, supporting them to build confidence, resilience, and connection as they navigate the changes of parenthood
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness, relational and solution-focused strategies, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples.
My aim is always to tailor a blend of methods to what works best for you and your unique situation. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am committed to walking alongside you in a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental way.
Whether you’re seeking individual or couples therapy, I am here to help you explore your strengths, overcome challenges, and create the meaningful changes you’re looking for.
